i205 Bridge Kennedy Banner Holding and Trash Pick Up
Gather some friends or family and come join us for a walk on the i205 Glenn L. Jackson Memorial Bridge between Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. The multi-use pedestrian path runs down the middle of the freeway with several lanes of traffic on both sides. This provides a wonderful opportunity to bring visibility and presence for our next president as we carry Kennedy banners which will be very visible to both directions of traffic. In the spirit of Earth Day we will pick up litter as we go.
Meet up is at 3pm in the parking lot on the Oregon side. At 3:10pm we will start the walk up to the bridge.
The parking lot (Home Depot) address is 11633 NE Glenn Widing Dr, Portland, OR 97220. We will meet next to the 7 Eleven (which is closest to where the walking path goes onto the bridge).
If you can't make the 3pm meet up then feel free to park and walk up the path until you find us on the bridge.
Be prepared to walk 4+ miles.
We are looking forward to spending a fun day with you while providing incredible visibility to Kennedy's campaign.
